Feel the fear & Do it anyway

Most people let fear stop them from taking the necessary steps to advance their dreams. Successful people feel the fear, but don’t let it keep them from doing anything they want. Fear is something to be acknowledged and experienced.

Why are we so fearful?

Today fear is not life threatening, it is more of a signal that we must stay alert and cautious. So we should acknowledge that fear exists but don’t let it keep us from doing important tasks.

You have to be willing to fear

Most of the good stuff requires taking a risk and the nature of risk is that, it doesn’t always work.

How to get rid of fear

  • Replace your scary imagination with its positive opposite

  • Replace the physical sensations that fear brings

  • Scale down the risk, if the fear is so big, that it paralyzes you, scale down the amount of risk. Take on smaller challenges and work your way up

  • Take a leap (take a chance)fear 2

  1. You actually make it appear so easy with your presentation but I to find
this matter to be actually one thing which I feel
I might by no means understand. It kind of feels too complex and extremely large for me.
I’m having a look forward in your subsequent publish, I’ll attempt to
    get the grasp of it!
